Vegetarian foodSheldon Kalnitsky was very fat. But the day Sheldon shifted his diet to vegetables and fruits, Sheldon Kalnitsky began to loose weight. Vegetarian diets can decrease severity of heart disease, hypertension, cancer of the breast, colon, prostate and lung, and osteoporosis and gallstones. Since Sheldon Kalnitsky started following vegetarian diet Sheldon avoided alcohol, caffeine and refined foods. They also tend to have other positive lifestyle habits including being more physically active, having less stressful lifestyles and being non-smokers. Sheldon Kalnitsky is a true vegetarian because Sheldon avoids food that is related to animal origin, including eggs, dairy foods, gelatin and honey.

says, a vegetarian diet basically consists of plant foods because it is higher in carbohydrates and lower in fat than meals containing animal foods. When this diet includes plenty of whole grains, fruits and vegetables it also provides fiber, antioxidant nutrients and plant phyto chemicals which play a role in chronic disease prevention.
